Sign abandoned after cbu construction acouple weeks ago at 11th & college is blocking sidewalk on south side of 11th just west of college

A couple weeks ago cbu dug a hole at 11th&college and abandoned a sign in the bike lane on the south side of 11th just west of college. It moved to the sidewalk, and i reported it as blocking the sidewalk on april 5. Now it has disintegrated and moved back to the bike lane. Its black base is almost invisible at night and poses a mortal danger to cyclists. You wont like where i put it if you dont take care of ot within 24 hours.

The old Bloomington bagel co building has a construction site that has been blocking the sidewalk for weeks...i beams, concrete trucks, saw horses in front of the entrance of 420. Not even trying to keep it open.
