Russell White sent this to me to check in with the contractor who worked in the ROW in this area. He happened to be out today and checked this location for a sign and reported back that it was no longer there. Sometime since the ticket was first open the sign has been moved/retrieved. Therefore I am closing the case.

Russell, this was never closed. I'm assuming this issue was resolved since it has been so long, or the sign simply disappeared.

I made a call to Dan Backler in Planning to find out if he had any ROW permits for this area in an effort to figure out who was working here because it was not CBU, and the sign does not belong to us. Dan suspected it was Miller Pipeline who is working for Vectren. Dan gave me a contact for Vectren, so I called and spoke to them. They are going to follow up w/Miller Pipeline. I called Greg Alexander to let him know this information. I only reached his voice mail, and I left a message of the above information.
