coins stuck. could only use my credit card. this costs extra. too many meters with this problem. so I'm starting to document each time I get one. this is 3 out of 5 parking attempts have I had to use my credit card cuz there's coins stuck in the coin. I don't know if it means it's full of corns whether there's a different problem.

black pickup truck (plate "BIG JOAN") parked blocking sidewalk at 605 n fairview st. its here until after 9am (ie through dropoff at fairview elementary) most mornings. thanks!
