black pickup truck, plate "BIG JOAN" parked blocking sidewalk at 605 n fairview. route to school for crestmont to fairview elem. this truck moves some time after 9 most mornings...i dont know yalls hours but would it help if i reported this at 8 instead?

the street sign has been knocked down at the corner of High & Arden. Looks like someone drove into it. there are tire tracks thru the grass. This is also a bus stop sign for routes 4 and 5.
