An old man took out the Limestone retaining wall on the south side of 2nd between College and Walnut.

tree down, has landed on power lines. cars can pass under, but potential hazard if tree falls completely down. power lines are keeping it suspended.
Expired temporary plates on vehicle seen driving and often parked at 2615 S Rockport Rd
Makng u-turns. Going north on bypass making a u-turn to go southbound. They also do this in front of St. Marks church going north making a u-turn to go southbound.
Stop signs are hard to see in most of Gentry Estates because of tree limbs.
Could use a week or two of speed limit enforcement. We often have cars gunning their engines and far exceeding the speed limit. It's dangerous on such a narrow street. Some moderate speed bumps might help, or occasional law enforcement presence
8:24am jul 15. At walnut & smith. I was eastbound on bike, waiting at red light to cross walnut. A white pickup truck was across from me, westbound, no turn signal, blocking the ped xing while he waited to cross walnut. He went about twenty seconds beforr the light turned green, running the red. His plate was a blue municipal plate, 63998.
RRFB at allen&walnut doesn't work - northbound traffic does not yield. Went through twice on bike at about 9:30-10AM today (June 18), activated the beacon, and both times, SB traffic yielded and NB did not *at all*. I did not investigate the flawed design - that's planning&transportation's job.
The light on Walnut St at Hillside facing south is going red for long periods with no turning traffic
traffic signals at college mall rd & covenanter drive and college mall rd & buick cadillac blvd used to blink yellow on college mall rd before 6am. now the signals are always on and often result in red lights on college mall rd when no traffic is present on cross streets. can we have the blinking yellow lights back please?
