my container has materials still in it EVERY time since the new containers. It's not tightly packed. That just something always left in the bottom and the container is left on its side on the ground and not even standing up this time there were bags and a small piece of cardboard left in it all Loosely packed. I don't see why I can't get an empty recycle container when they seem to have no problem with the basic trash. Please let me know what's going on. The location is 401 N Sheffield Dr.
