IU has made the turn lane in front of the Atwater garage their own personal parking space. They park their trucks there for hours at a time on a routine basis, with no work being done nearby that would justify the need for the trucks to be there. I work in Optometry and start my day later than most, and have to wait until I get past the trucks to get into the turn lane to get into the garage. Does IU not have enough parking for its own vehicles? Nobody else would be allowed to park in a turn lane like this. Photo taken 2/11/19, 10 a.m.

We have some potholes that needs to be filled in. They are on N. Summit St., Down along W. 13th St., One on Illinois Court, On N. Summit, Summit and 12th St. On N. Illinois St. between 11th and 12th St.

Our property located at 805-807 N Smith Rd has a blind driveway. As you can see in the picture, you are NOT able to see oncoming vehicles as you try to exit the driveway. This needs to be cleared and/or needs a sign near the convenience store about a blind drive. It is very dangerous.

The parking meters around Fountain Square Mall and possibly more of downtown have been full since at least Thursday morning the 7th. Probably sooner because they were all full first thing in the morning on Thursday. Why are the meters not being emptied? I dislike using my credit card for this and some of my clients do not have a card when they come in and they are late trying to find a meter than will accept coins. It has been several days now and this is not acceptable.

loose limbs in trees NE corner of People's Park, near pedestrian pathways and the Bicycle Garage, Inc. parking lot...hazard to pedestrians, cyclists, etc.
