A camper has been parked on W Hoosier St on the for over a week, taking up the road the neighborhood uses for extra parking. My neighbors don't know who it belongs to.

Hello! There has been an RV parked in our neighborhood street for around a month, and does not have tags. Individuals come and go from it frequently, to the house it's parked in front of and to the RV. I am concerned about the safety it presents to people in our area. no parking at courthouse ,sheriffs for people who live in monroe county,without paying,handcap have a hard time getting there, should be free parking for these places
I parked at this meter today (4/12) just before noon. 3 quarters in and I only had been credited for 15 minutes. I had just enough change to pay for the hour and 10 minutes I needed for my appointment at Fountain Square, so I had to use a card to ensure I had adequate time and didn't get a ticket. Please check this meter for issues.
Two white-colored cars, a Metro LSI & an Aurora, have been beached in the parking lot of the Sherwood Hills condominiums for about 1.5 to 2 years. Both of the licence plates expired in 2018, and the Aurora has at least one flat tire.

I just paid on line a bill for a parking citation I have never seen. I just received Notice of Overdue Citation. It would seem fair to receive and see the Citation before I am unable to appeal or threats of being sent to a collection agency. At this point It seems I have to trust the citation is real and not something made up by a local government. Was the violation in a no parking zone, was the meter not fed, was the meter broken or not accepting payments. Seems as if the rate for the violation is steep depending on the circumstance which I do not know. Policing for profit may be the way Bloomington pays for city services. Lastly, the comment I will likely make about your city when asked will not involve my student's education and life experiences when schooling in your city but rather the gouging and threatening over a citation that was unknown to me.
