Problem is unchanged since ticketing on June 26, 2019. Please see below: #169209 Trash: Web Form: Dumpster behind Kilroy's Sports and Jungle Nightclub. Everyday, last two years I've worked in the area, it has looked to some degree like this. Broken glass, food and beverage leaking into alley, pests, etc. Reported By Steve Chaplin Assigned to Jo Stong Attachments See all thumbnails 6/28/2019 5d162a1b899d1 6/28/2019 Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed. 3508 E Park Lane. The occupant appears to be running a junk yard out of his house. Always has a front yard and side yards full of stuff that appears to be trash or junk. Needs to be cleaned up for the sake of those people in the neighborhood who are trying to sell their homes. Also, his stacks of crap could be an excellent breeding ground for rodents. Please have him clean it up.
In reference to Case# 169421 Jo Stong, today is the 23rd. (913 W. 11th, not 1001. The GIS won't pin 913!)

Referencing Case #169521 I doubt you even got out of your car, Jo Stong. Now, read this again: "It is unlawful for the owner of any lot or tract of ground within the city to allow it to become overgrown with weeds, grass, or noxious plants beyond the height of eight inches or to such extent that the growth is detrimental to the public health and constitutes a nuisance. (Ord. No. 12-23, § 1, 10-3-2012) "Constitutes a nuisance." A nuisance. Public health - ticks, kissing bugs. This is a city lot, not the county.
I am moving out of my apartment at 319 N Dunn St and put some of my unwanted furniture and other things on the curb along 8th St. while I finished packing and cleaning. Someone came by at some point and left this furniture on the curb with my furniture, essentially littering in my yard. I need to be out of my apartment by August 2, and I cannot leave that there. I do not have the means to move it, as it is not mine. Can anything be done about this? Thanks for any help and info
