Inoperable black Ford mustang parked in front of 1014 west Howe
There is an olive green Mitsubishi Endeavor that has been parked outside of my house on the 400 block of E 1st Street for 5 days now and has not moved. We have contacted the neighbors and they said it's not theirs. It is blocking our ability to park and is also just an eyesore having it directly outside of our walkway.
Located: 1250 W Adams Hill Circle Bloomington, IN 47403 License Plate: YEF109 Make: Chrysler Model: Sebring Color: Red This vehicle has not moved in several months. It appears to have flat tires and dirt accumulated underneath the vehicle which is not appealing when trying to show this shared property.
Car parked in Whittington Commons on Allen Street has sat for 3+ months and is blocking the mailboxes. The license plate begins with AIFxxx. The car is a burgundy sedan with a busted driver’s window that has been bagged and tapped. It blocks parking and is hazardous as well as an eyesore.

Lime scooters on the ground blocking the sidewalk on Hunter Ave. near S. Fess Ave. Fairly certain this is a violation of the ADA.
Terrific on the new low income sidewalk program. But residents other than property owners use them too. Please have any owner, low income or not, fix the red poor condition sidewalks. Plus there are low income families in other zones so unfortunate that they can't participate. Wouldn't it make more sense to prioritize the worst and busiest sidewalks and fix them systematically instead of by piecemeal application? An amazing sidewalk system that is kept as nice as you all do the roads would be great. Thank you for continuing your work on multiple good transportation options.
Dead skunk in road on countryside ln West of Rockport Rd, 800 block
There has been a dead deer near Moores Pike and Covenanter for several days. Someone finally covered it with a sheet. Then someone else tied a balloon to it. Can you PLEASE pick it up?
There is an unidentifiable animal stuck in between the basement ceiling and the ground floor.
