On the south side of Winslow, between Walnut Pike and the Mexican restaurant there are tree limbs blocking the use of the sidewalk. The evergreen trees are the worst of the problem. I have to crouch down very low to avoid hitting my head on the branches.
I am wondering if there is a paper version of the neighborhood map that can be purchased that has the names of the neighborhoods marked. Thank you.

To all law enforcement officers, We are deeply troubled by the reporting coming from your town. The so stated "monitoring of online comments", the pandering to ANTIFA anarchists, and the self righteous sense of authority over those who they have none. These ANTIFA anarchists are the enemies of a free public and although we do not think a high trust society needs a police state, the one action worthy of such would be to eliminate these enemies of freedom. Socialism and Communism have no place in America, but mass migration and the propaganda being disseminated en masse by academia and the media have all but sealed our fate. This is why we need law enforcement to become activists for populism and libertarianism. You should all take a stand. Help return confiscated guns to circulation. Stand up for property owners and business owners who want to take out criminals. Take stands against the federal government and those who wish to deprive us of our God given rights. Remove the degenerates and criminal elements of course, but if a patriot takes a stand and kills a gangster or an ANTIFA animal, maybe you could look the other way. 2 city trees by my property are in need of removal 514 South Woodlawn Avenue
Last night, 9/3, There was a storm drain cover on the SW corner of 15th and Lincoln that was not seated properly. I stepped on it and fell through. Some students helped me up and tried to set the cover on. Someone needs to check on it.
There is what appears to be a fraternity renting all of the units at 403 E 20th St and they are constantly playing loud music and littering the property with empty containers that sit around for days before being cleaned up. Attached are pictures of the lot that has been littered for days. The noise from their parties can be heard from down the street and the litter often ends up on the sidewalk facing the street and the small wooded area behind the property. The parking lot behind the property is almost always covered in trash.
It is my understanding, that the Bloomington Recruiting officers have had multiple incidents with unauthorized/unethical relationships with High School Students, within the surrounding Indiana school district. There has been issue's coming out of IU Campus, Bedford High School, Bloomington South High school, and Brown County High School. Recruiters are being allowed to enter these High Schools (some through the JAG program) others through recruiting events.and through this events, they are able to nurture unauthorized relationships with the high school students during instructional time. It is my understanding that the teachers and staff were notified of the inappropiate conduct but nothing has been done about. As a parent, it is concerning that we are "forced by law" to send our children to school where these adults are being given repeated access and opportunty to our young girls.
I sent this to the info email address as well, but I noticed an open electric box at the Rock Creek Dr. and Childs Ct. intersection in Sycamore Knolls this morning. This is a heavily trafficked route for children headed to school and seems like a safety issue.
