Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves. Seems like a simple leaf-rake-shovel will free that up. Kevin Pilgrim cell 812 361 7181
Yesterday, during the huge mid-day rainstorm, water came up through the floor drain in our basement at 2638 East Dekist Street. It had a sewage odor and was muddy looking and reached a level of about 4 inches, covering the entire floor and soaking everything. The basement toilet also had dirty water come into it. I called the city utilities hotline and reported the incident twice, speaking to the same person each time. The water receded after a couple hours. We have yet to assess the damage and start to clean up. Last year on 2/11/18 our basement toilet erupted (see case #163027). We had a plumber verify that the city sewer was the source of the issue. We did not claim any damages, yet the city did not reimburse us the cost of the plumbing assessment. We would appreciate someone responding to this current incident.
at the beginning of the year, at AMC Bloomington 12, i had a sewer drain re-routed. I was just making sure they're going to come back and finish the job. you can contact me at: cfrew@amctheatres.com Thank you.
On the corner of Chelsey Court and Queen's Way, a drain on the street is eroding away. A hole is forming and it's a few feet deep. The edges of the hole are weak and it will likely become a far larger hole in the near future. The curb is also cracking and entire drain may be sinking.
Hello I’m researching possibly pouring a concrete slab out my back door & I have a couple questions that I hope will help get me going in the right direction. 1. Who do I need to contact regarding this to get started? The city/county? The HOA? 2. My back door is close to the property line & a large drain. How big could a concrete slab be? Is it even possible to do because of property line & drain. How do I find out if it is possible? Thank you TJ McMurray 1567 W Castle Ct Bloomington, IN 47403
After the last storm, water draining damaged a portion of the road in front of our house, and part of the front lawn was washed into the drainage ditch
I just want to ask Can you bring more stones to the ditch. The ditch is on my property 2720 S.Danlyn Rd. Id like to make it look nice. Thanks. Josh (630)-538-3808
Large hole at the corner of Pleasant Ridge and Brownridge in Hoosier Acres.
Live in Prospect Hill and have noticed the storm sewer drains have not been cleaned . Many of them are caked with mud, twigs etc.
