The plants on both sides of the path are a little overgrown but the real problem is a very solid low hanging branch that is a real hazard. And another low hanging branch that is likely to hit you in the face with pears.

My roomate and i are living at 3310 odell s. Since we have lived here, we have dealt every day, with 2 people, a man and a woman, listening and being able to see in our apartment. It sounds bizzare, but true. It has all but ruined our lives. We know where they are staying but cannot or have not been able to put a stop to it. Please help in this matter. The residents at 831 W 6th continue to park going the wrong way in front of the house. Two vehicles were parked facing east last night and they are still there this morning. One is an orange car and the other is a minivan with a Papa John's sign on top. 831 is a rental property.
