It appears only recycling was picked up today on South Weatherstone, not trash. My trash was not picked up at 1203, and most of my neighbors have left their containers on street as well.
Yesterday, for the first time, my garbage container was emptied but not my recyclables bin--they were out together. As it is full, I either need an extra pickup--or to be able to leave another container (old trash barrel)of recyclables out next Wednesday. Thanks, Jim Barnes, 1305 S. Hello! This morning was our trash and recycling day. While our trash was picked up, they did not take the recycle even though it was all contained within the can and next to the street. Our address is 1200 E Atwater and I was hoping that it would be able to be taken care of through this website. We just moved in so we have a lot more recycling to take out and would be very grateful to have that done before next week! No notice was left
Hi, I was wondering if the trash vehicle could stop just tipping over the trash can when they empty the trash bins in SoMax area. This is the second week that the trashcan was on its side. It damages the trash can over time and this morning there was a lot of water inside of the can. Thank you.
We put our yard waste bags out Thurs. this week expecting them to be picked up with trash and recycling. It didn't happen
This morning, my large recycling bin had been shoved through my lawn with such force that it left a 15" gouge. I can't imagine this was done by a person pushing the bin. I believe it was caused by the lifting arm of the truck being used to push the bin across the sidewalk. I witnessed the arm being used in this way a few weeks ago when the same bin was pushed with such force that its wheels snapped off and had to be repaired by the sanitation department. I would like someone to investigate the way the truck arms are being used and train the sanitation crews to avoid damaging property. I would also like someone to patch my lawn.
My recycling bin disappeared last week between when I put it out on the curb Sunday night and when I got home Monday afternoon. My trash bin is still here. I had hoped that a neighbor had taken it accidentally and would return it, but it has not shown up yet and I’m afraid it was stolen.
Back in early June I filed a ureport (#168853) about my recycling can going missing, and someone kindly replied to say they’d drop off another one. I just wanted to check that it’s still on its way? We’ve accumulated a big backlog of recycling over the last 6 weeks. Thanks!
The trash pickup at my home consistently tosses my bin into my flower bed and has destroyed my expensive perennial flowers. For years, I had private trash pickup and not once did this occur, yet every week the city trash pickup tosses my bin in my flower bed. I have to pay for a service I didn't want, didn't request--that was forced upon me--and I also have to put up with destruction of my property? A bit ridiculous. I have included a picture from last week (and have others) but this occurs nearly every week.
