Garbage and recycling trucks are tearing up my yard and the median area. I have tried placing my bins at different locations to prevent this with no success. My address is 500 South Arbutus Drive. The photo shows the median in the cul-de-sac after garbage and recycling trucks run through it.
Several deep potholes on S Tall Oaks Dr
Maximum speed limit 20 mph sign is hardly visible across from 727 W First Street, due to tree growth that is obscuring the sign.
I own property at the lower end of Brooks Drive (1305). The section between where the cutout for my neighbor's drive and my property is covered by an easement I granted several years ago to the city. That section of pavement is badly in need of new blacktop as is the driveway on my property. I need to get some guidance about what I can do--and any help the city might provide. There is a giant pothole next to our driveway, so every time we pull our car out it gets stuck in it. We are worried that our cars will get damaged or someone will fall and injure themselves.

Heavy rain, poor repair by Vectren to streets after their gas line upgrades, and poor driving by garbage trucks and other drivers have resulted in the pictured conditions on my street.
I had previously reported these potholes, but the ticket had been closed out and stated it was completed and 18 holes were filled. This pothole and a few others are still there. The pothole pictured is the biggest and deepest of all of them and poses a threat to cars. After the initial potholes were filled I counted and only 9 holes were filled. I do not know if they intend to come back and fill these holes, but I thought I would bring it to your attention that they were not all taken care of. I do understand that when it is raining they cannot be filled and it needs to be a nice day! I would just hate for any of our employees or tenants to damage their car from this hole. Hopefully this can be resolved soon, weather permitting. Thanks.
