The Vendors and the users of the scooters are nowhere near as courteous as cyclists. Those damn things are just thrown on teh sidewalk, blocking pedestrians and handicap ramps. They are a menace when ridden on sidewalk, and even more dangerous when ridden on the street. There is nothing innovative about these. They need to be removed from service until the vendors take better care of them when they are idle, and the users properly park and ride them.

ACCESSIBILITY: I ride the bus to work at the Gov. Agency building at 1531 S. Curry Pike, and there most definitely needs to be a sidewalk that continues to wrap around further toward the bus stop so that wheel chairs or folks with other disabilities do not fall into the road. The area is super muddy, and even someone with good balance like me can't walk through it. There is a sidewalk leading through the parking lot, but where the bus drops you off there is no actual sidewalk, and the bus won't drop someone off at the actual sidewalk due to it obstructing the parking lot entrance. All it would take is probably about 20-30 feet of sidewalk right there. There may already be a number of complaints, but I really hope it gets fixed so someone doesn't flip their wheelchair into the road or something. Two broken down vehicles have been in the street for months, this blocks my mail at times from being delivered. This will block my street being properly cleared of snow as well. They have not been moved every from when I moved in over 5 months ago.

My son is a bicycle commuter to North HS. We were thrilled last week that the bypass bike lanes were cleared. However, this morning the path was completely covered. He was disappointed and late for school, of course. We'll use an alternate route tomorrow, but wanted to alert the city to the fact that it appears INDOT tossed the snow onto the path.

Snow has been plowed onto the approaches to many of the crosswalks near College Mall & Eastland Plaza (e.g., E 3rd and Hillsdale/Woodscrest, E 3rd & College Mall Rd, at first stoplight south of E 3rd on College Mall Rd)

I am not sure if this is the right place to put this, but there is construction on the house across from mine and they are dropping nails all over the place (sidewalk and road where I park). I ended up with a nail in my shoe and it almost went into my foot.

434 E 2nd street. Cars all along the driveway, extending fully across the sidewalk and to the street. It is impossible for people to proceed safely, especially if they have a wheelchair or stroller and cannot squeeze between cars. .

The issue is a fire hydrant on 4319 Cricket Knoll Dr. in Gentry Estates. While it doesn't really look like it sticks out that much from the sidewalk (you'll see by the attached photos) as there is a cutout. But if you're blind and your can sway your cane under it and you're moving over to avoid the tree branch, then you can actually not know it's there. The complainant has hit it with the side of his leg three times and has fallen to the sidewalk.
