On Walnut Street the sidewalk near the railroad is covered in glass pieces, which is a hazard for people and animals making the sidewalk inaccessible for dog walking. There is also often glass in the grass between the sidewalk and the road, which again is a hazard for animals.
4 bird scooters have been on our sidewalk and in our yard since I woke up this morning. Currently they are in the gutter: 701 S Highland. There are also scooters on the sidewalk, standing as well as fallen, along Ballantine, near 2nd (we saw about 3 locations right around there on our walk home). Thank you!
There are 4 scooters outside my house. Measuring from the point farthest inward on the sidewalk, they leave 31" of room between them and the curb; less near the ramp to the street. They were right along our yard. Last night I sent a note about the 4 from the previous day; it was sent at about 5 and was going to be looked in to that day. At 9 when I went to bed, they were still there.
Last year I was in contact with Lee Huss via uReport about a tree that needed to be planted (to replace one that died and was removed) in the tree plot by the sidewalk outside 715 West 13th Street. He said he would take care of it this spring. I want to make sure I am still on his radar. Thanks.

This car was reported by me in 2016, 2017, and around 2 weeks ago in 2019. In all of this time the car has not moved on it's own power. After I reported the last time and a policeman came and talked with the owner, it has been pushed about 12 feet closer to Fairview. It is not in front of our sidewalk anymore, yet since Hoosier Heights opened parking places are at a premium. Not sure what was said the last time but the license still shows 2016.
I have been calling about this car since 2016. It has been turned around but is still parked in front of my house. The plates say 16. I was told by a policeman in 2017 that it would be moved in three days.... when I called 2 weeks later I was told they had new plates.... doesn't look like it. We could use the parking please. I am a bicyclist and must use the sidewalks occasionally because of lack of bike lanes. At 701 S. High St., there is a culvert that borders the house and the apartment building. Weeds are growing out of the culvert and blocking the sidewalk, creating a hazard. It's not clear if it's the homeowner's responsibility or the city's to remove the weeds. Weeds are also protruding from the property onto the sidewalk.
There is a Lime scooter parked right in the middle of the narrow sidewalk on west 3rd St. near the alley between Maple and Euclid. It's near my house and I would like it removed.
