CFC owns this "Smoker's Station" outside the Alion Building next to the Ivy Tech Waldron entrance on the 100 block of S Walnut St, NW corner of 4th & Walnut. The broken pieces keep blowing around on the sidewalk, creating tripping hazards. Several weeks ago, the trash inside it caught on fire. CFC has been asked repeatedly to fix it or remove it. With the top broken off, it will keep catching on fire. Can you talk to them about getting rid of it?

This is on 6th Street between Walnut and Washington Streets on the north side of the road on the northwest corner of the alleyway. The sidewalk is raised above a 1/2" (ADA says less) making it hard for a manual wheelchair to get over it. Must go around the block or out into the street. Can it be smoothed down or asphalt added to make it beveled?

Can it be smoothed down or asphalt added to make it beveled? 4 lower right) just north of the northwest corner is a sidewalk leading to the back entrance of the police station that has some sidewalk degradation that makes it difficult to get a wheelchair over this.
