Our property located at 805-807 N Smith Rd has a blind driveway. As you can see in the picture, you are NOT able to see oncoming vehicles as you try to exit the driveway. This needs to be cleared and/or needs a sign near the convenience store about a blind drive. It is very dangerous.

This is a follow-up. The initial report through this portal was on 2/11/19. It is case #167396. This situation is about to get worse as the weather improves and the vegetation begins to grow. This is very dangerous and needs attention. This is the text from my original report: Our property located at 805-807 N Smith Rd has a blind driveway. This is a 2nd pothole located on N Grandview Dr in front of 3600 N Grandview Dr.

There is no water pressure in our house. First noticed around 6:30am. East 10th street, Grandview Heights neighborhood (N Grandview Dr, between fountain park apartments and Smith Rd.). No leaks found, wondering if there is a main break or similar issue.

This is a sightline/sign issue, I am Bob Loviscek and I reside at 605 N Smith Road. The picture that is attached is from the end of my driveway looking South. The address of this issue is 601 N Smith Road. The treeline on this property is creating a significant safety issue by not being able to see northbound traffic coming on Smith Road. The trees also have overgrown to the point they cover the Bridge Height sign. I have emailed the offices of HAND and Planning and Transportation to help correct this problem and it still has not been taken care of. Any assistance would be appreciated before someone is hit coming out of my driveway. I can be contacted at 812 219 4749.
