1209 West 11th Street This structure is a danger. Several windows are boarded up, the rotten original siding is showing in places, the house is surrounded by debris and the front porch is full of it. If someone is actually living in it, God help them. If someone is, HAND or someone needs to check on the people and the living situation, because they can't possibly be safe and it would be immoral to knowingly allow anyone to live in a house like that.

On the bridge over Patterson Dr. on the B-Line there are 4 square B-line steel signs. In the recent winds, one of these has come loose and become bent. If there is more wind, which there will as it is almost spring, the remaining two connections may also become loose. It appears to me that the screws mounting the sign to the structure are not long enough. The sign then blowing and dropping makes for a very unsafe situation as it is 15 feet above the ground, sidewalk and road.

I am a resident of Bloomington and live at: 3445 Constance Avenue I am enrolled in a college course called Environmental Technology. I have a project to perform and was asked by my instructor for the following items of the city where I live, Water Treatment Facility. 1. Types of pipe material 2. Initial cost of the water treatment system 3. Design water flow rate 4. Number of water towers and pumping stations 5. Problems with the system since it was built in 1967 6. Change in elevation from highest to lowest compared to where the location of water treatment facility 7. Types of disinfectant used I found three websites with a lot of information that I need but is there any other sites that would give me some of the answers to the questions listed above? A year ago the fire hydrant on the north west corner of my lot was changed out for another one and 4 squares of concrete were taken out and replaced. No one came back to d repair the damage done to the lawn and fill in with dirt and plant grass. There is an 8-10 inch drop off the edge of the sidewalk where someone could break their ankle if they fell off the sidewalk. The fire hydrant is unusually tall as it stands on top of a giant pipe that sticks out of the ground 10-12 inches. I don’t believe this was some of your best work.

My water suddenly started having an orange tint. I notice when I was filling up my dog's water. The water went from clear, then changed to a light orange tint. I noticed around 9:00pm 11/8/2018
