Weekday parking in Zone 4 has become nearly impossible since the recent ordinance change which combined Zones 4 & 5 AND the change to not allow zone 4 parkers to use empty metered spaces. Zone 4 is now filled with parkers from the Library and off-campus fraternity houses using visitor passes for their bros who drive in to park. HELP, Please.

The parking lines on the south side of the square are even more invisible than they were last year when I requested they be re-painted. I was told last summer that the painting was scheduled, and then it was winter and it hadn't been done. Then I was told it was scheduled for this past spring. It's still not done. On the "Stardust" overpass on Adams Street between W 7th St and Fountain someone has graffitied in huge letters that "XXXX is a Pedophile". (I can't remember the persons name but there is a name).
