Excessive growth and yard waste violations as defined by the following City codes: "Weed" means any plant or vegetation classified as a detrimental plant, invasive plant or noxious weed by either the state under authority of IC 15, entitled Agriculture and Animals, or the United States government in accordance with 7 USC 7701. The term shall also includes the vegetation listed in Section 20.05.059 of the Bloomington Municipal Code. "Yard waste" means grass, weeds, leaves, brush, tree trimmings, hedge clippings, and other yard and garden materials. 6.06.050 - Excessive growth.
