Constant water discharge from MC Highway Dept Outlet 43 pictured above. Inspection of first upstream storm drain (690) of outlet 43 revealed no flow. Property owner reported that CBU has previously repaired water line between outlet 43 and storm drain 690. Water discharge is at a constant rate, even during periods of dry weather.

Grass killed by large piece of equipment left on the turf which should have been left on the street. This occurred during water main replacement over late summer. Requesting repair
After the rain there appears to be a sinkhole/washout and collapsed sidewalk at the marked location, corner of robins bow and E Winston St.
Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Road construction has Queens Way blocked. Construction was on the website earlier but has been removed. Construction is definitely NOT COMPLETED. Please update website with construction and new completion date.
The street drain on the west side of the street is full of debris which inhibits drainage
