Car parked on street has not been moved in at least three months, now tires have gone flat and the car cannot even be moved. This is not a permit zone and there is extremely limited parking for all of the houses on the block.

THIS IS THE 4TH TIME BUS 6 1198 HAS THREATEND MY FAMILY FOR MY CAR BEING 6 INCHES IN THE ROADWAY. IF HE THREATENS TOO CALL THE COPS ON MY FAMILY AGIAN WE ARE GOING TOO GO FURTHER INTO THIS WITH CHARGES, I AM OVER THE WAY HE TREATS RESIDENTS AT THE KNIGHTRIDGE APARTMENTS.
