There is a discarded couch on the side of the building located on 4th and College. It needs to be removed from beside this business. When I walked passed it, the smell of urine is becoming more pungent. That particular item was not properly discarded by a college age resident that was formally living in on top of the unit DOWN THE STREET.

Toter found at 113 S Gentry, not a part of Olympus Properties. We requested City pick-up, did not happen for several weeks, tenants used the toter, Republic Services refused to empty it. We removed it, stored it at Olympus Properties. Please come and get it!
600 N. Morton on the corner of the parking lot for city vehicles, there is an abandoned couch just right off the sidewalk. Where the marker is placed according to my screen is precisely where the couch is located.

Our recycling has not been picked up in 2 weeks. There is no notices as to why and there is nothing in the bin that should not be recycled.

Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up?
