This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. Recently the front yard of this property was largely covered with gravel. There were today 4 cars parked on what used to be partly a yard. It's strange and degrades the street and neighborhood. Is this legal?

There is a "Silver Maple" with a site ID of 45202 (per https://bloomingtonin.treekeepersoftware.com/) that is currently dead/dying on my property. I am concerned that the tree may break during a storm and either cause a road block or may injure someone. I am reaching out to see if the city will remove this tree.

Every car that runs over this manhole cover (center of pic) makes the cover give off aloud clacking sound—it’s loose. Just thought I’d mention it in case the is a potential problem. Thanks for the great resurfacing job!!

There are several potholes on 3rd Street between High Street and Arbutus Drive.

The South Arbutus Drive cul-de-sac needs repaving. The pavement is eroding away in several places, the north side of the green space in the middle of the cul-de-sac has become a pothole, and previous repairs/upgrades to water and gas lines have left the street in bad shape.

on s clifton ave between 1st and 2nd street: pot holes on the street and lots of tree debris on the edge of the road, particularly in the center section of the street. This is part of the bike/walking greenway trail.
