This morning, I was attacked by a dog at 3101 N Kingsley Dr, Bloomington, IN 47404. The property owner left the dog in the front yard unattended while he was inside the home. I hollered for the owner when I saw the unrestrained dog coming toward me. The owner came out of the house through the front door and went towards his dog as it approached me. His dog attacked me in the road before the owner was able to restrain him and put the animal back in the home. Last week, my daughter was attacked by the same animal at the same location. I was not present when she was attacked but she described a similar situation of the dog being unattended outdoors and the owner was nowhere to be found. I would like to formally file a complaint about this pet owner and request an animal control officer communicate with him about his rights and responsibilities, as well as consequences for not abiding the rules.
There is a skinny deer with a broken left rear leg hobbling around the backyard at 828 South Fess. My cell phone is (317) 696-9139.
Woman living in an RV in the back yard is operating an open air cat kennel without a permit. She also provides food, water or shelter to a colony of feral cats without being registered with the City of Bloomington Animal Care and Control Department or its designee. There are 3 walk in cages housing cats in the back yard. I have a video illustrating this if you will contact me I can share it. I am an Environmental Health Specialist with the Monroe County Health Department.

The constant barking and howling of dogs keeps us from being able to sleep. We were tolerable up to a point, but the daily and nightly noise is just intolerable.
re uReport Case #174114. Barking & Howling dogs. This was reported by my neighbor and I have complained many times about these dogs. 11/13 The owner told Animal Control (Ofc Eubanks) they'd get Bark Collars, its been a week and there have been no changes.
This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. 1807 E. Wexley Road. Daily and nightly barking of two dogs left in fenced in back yard (whether owners are home or not.) Police and humane society visits approx a year ago. (Owners saw police/humane society car/person/officer and brought in dogs swiftly.) No changes ever since then. No peace in the neighborhood. Have also written owners polite requests with no change. I gave up but must try again as my home is not restful at all with the incessant barking.
There is a dog that lives in a red truck, no source of heat is provided. Truck is broken down with busted windshield.
