I live on Woodstock Place, and several of my neighbors have leaf-blown their leaves into great piles along the street. I'm concerned that the street has been narrowed for traffic and that the leaves will be washed down into the sewers and cause backups. There was a yard sign in the yard nearest High Street about no leaf collection this year, but evidently it has been ignored. Can my neighbors be compelled to mulch or collect their leaves before they turn into a slick mess this winter?

out walking tonight (7/10) I saw that there was a very large backyard graduation party taking place at 2207 E Covenanter in Bloomington, at a conservative estimate 50-60 people ranging from teenagers to senior citizens and not a single mask that I could see...playing tennis and generally socializing in a way that didn't seem particularly cautious just thought you should know, because if there's an outbreak in town those are folks you're going to want to talk to

Was not informed of military exercise that took place overnight from 07Jun to 08Jun. The noise from the plane/chopper was alarming & was loud enough to rattle windows. It also continued extremely late into the night (~ 2:30 am) which was a significant noise disturbance during quiet hours. City did not provide notice that (1) this was going to occur or (2) the timing of the exercise.

The situation along the B-Line trail around the Grimes bridge is out of control. Tents have been setup along the side of the B-Line just north of the bridge. While riding through this area earlier this morning with my 11 year old, we had an individual come out of one these tents and start yelling at us. This does not feel like a safe situation for anyone.

I have been ill with non covid-19 pneumonia and sinus infection for several weeks. I could not have gotten through this period of time if not for the amazing team at Walmart and delivery partners. I know it’s not over but I am feeling so grateful this morning. I am high risk given I’ve been so sick, I’m over weight and I have asthma. They very likely have saved my life. First responders are recognized and given honors by cities all the time so I’m suggesting that someone reach out to or Walmart and all of our local grocery stores at some point so we can bestow some sort of award or honor to these men and women. I’m sure your offices are spread thin right now but at some point I’m the near future I hope this idea will be visited. I would be happy to donate my time any way I can be of use. I am excellent on the phone as I managed a local call center for several years. These workers are not paid well. I believe they need and deserve a huge boost in morale. Local businesses might be willing to give back to them in some way via a discount or free meal etc. Ago at least be acknowledged for the great worth of their hard work and diligence is so very important! The city uses facebook to announce news that it does not post on its website e.g. letter of intent with Meridian. I don't have a facebook account. Why is the city of Bloomington (indirectly) subsidizing and promoting Facebook by putting information on Facebook that it does not provide on it public website.
