This image shows a scooter parked in violation of Bloomington's city code near the intersection of Walnut and 12th Streets (39.174306, -86.533497) at 2021-11-20 07:27:00. I believe this infraction is citable and finable under the city's ordinance. If no citation or fine is issued, I would like to be notified within a reasonable time with the specific reasons why the local law will not be enforced in this instance. Thanks.

I'm trying to combine five separate complaints into one, as they are similar in nature (improperly parked scooters on sidewalks) and they're likely to forwarded to the legal department anyway. So I figured I would batch them up. I think each of the five photos show a scooter that should cause the city to cite and fine the company under city code. If they're not cited and fined, I would like an explanation within a reasonable time why they're not being cited and fined. The City is not the top place to work. Perhaps your organization once was but not any longer. People are unhappy. They talk constantly about it and then they leave. Worst work culture I have ever experienced. Even if you keep putting out there how great of an employee you are, we know. It stinks of MAGA nonsense to just keep repeating something that is blatantly false.
