For 3 weeks in a row my recycling bin has not been emptied. Everything in the bin is compliant and I have not received any notices.

Both garbage and recycling bin lids have been broken for about a year. Recently, the recycling lid disappeared. I assume it got dumped into the truck, since it wasn't attached. At pickup today I noticed my recycling had not been picked up. Is it because there was no lid? How am I supposed to get new, functioning lids?
Not sure which category this falls under. Eight (!) trash bins are lying on the sidewalk (south side of Cottage Grove, just east of Walnut), completely blocking pedestrian traffic. It isn't really a busy street and it's one-way so not a huge problem for most people who can step around them off the curb into the street, but people in wheelchairs or with strollers would not be able to navigate the area.
Put the trash out last night for collection and came home today to the wheels broken off of my trash can

I actually had entered the address in the window of the original request, but somehow it disappears (I had to enter it twice). I replied to your e-mail request, but noticed this morning that your request came from a "no-reply" sender. I tried to open the u-report case, but couldn't. So I am simply filing a new request. Our trash can lid was damaged this morning during pick up. One of the hinges was broken. It was fully operational when it was placed at the curb last night. How can this be repaired? 2006 S Sussex.
When I came out to retrieve y recycling cart, it had only been partly emptied and was still half full with cardboard and paper. Can you return for a pickup—I left the cart by the street at the end of the driveway. I am not at home right now, but will include a photo later today if needed. Than you much, Susanne.
Despite the visit from the recycling crew, regrettably, they did not empty my can. I am struggling to comprehend their refusal to collect it, even if it does not meet their criteria for fullness. Unfortunately, I could not find any information on the website regarding the required level of fill for bin collection. Furthermore, the representative I spoke to on the phone in early December acknowledged the need for emptying but continued to defend their reasoning. It is disheartening to pay for this service through my water bill and have a designated recycling can, only to find it left unemptied. Regardless of its level of occupancy, I believe it should be emptied completely. It is frustrating to have it sit around, solely because they are unwilling to empty it due to their perception of insufficient filling.
i contacted u report a while back about large boxes and sheets of styrofoam laying in and alond this road. they got back to me and said they sent someone out there and they said they seen nothing there. i went out there this sunday morn when i picked up other areas and it was still there. i piked up the large box, and a bag full of trash there. i dont think any one ever went there. im trying to help this city as a resident here. i do alot as a single person out there, i hope the city will help with this problem. i can do what i can but its over whelming to say the least. i will help as long as im able. thx
