Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface. There is a pile of sand at S Morton and W 2nd St that is dangerous to bike riders. I skidded through it and almost fell off my bike. Could you please send a street-sweeper to clean it up? Thanks.

The vicinity of the corner of Howe and Morton has an excessive amount of broken glass and dust/gravel in the street, especially at the northwest corner of the intersection, washed down from further up the hill. Please send the streetsweeper!
