The storm drains on both the North and South side of Heather are always full of debris. When it rains, there is very little area for the drainage. Please clear the debris.

We have these nice wide sidewalks in Bloomington to use, however, properties are not being maintained and the overgrowth blocks a large portion of them. Sare Road from Spicewood all the way down to Rhorer road has a lot of overgrowth. I've had my face cut by thorns when I met another runner at the same time and had to run through the brush that was in the sidewalk. The roundabout about at Sare and Winslow down to Jackson creek roundabout is also overgrown. Particularly the bridge area at Jackson Creek. These areas need trimmed down and edging to get full use of the sidewalks. These are heavily traveled paths that are not being maintained.
Path/sidewalk along north side of Rogers (between High and Winding Brook Circle) is substantially overgrown, reducing effective width by almost 50% in places. There is a good amount of poison ivy included. This is a recurring problem that needs to be permanently addressed. I've reported this issue multiple times over the past couple summers. If this is city's responsibility could it be a regularly scheduled maintenance item?
The sidewalks on Sare Road between Spicewood (as of the morning of 6/4/24) and the roundabout on Winslow have brush that is overgrown to the point that is narrows the sidewalk down so much that only 1 person can walk through. There are also thorn bushes that will scratch you if you meet someone at the same time either walking, running or biking. The sidewalk is also overgrown from the roundabout at the top of the hill on Winslow down to the roundabout at the Jackson Creek trail and then up High Street. These sidewalks are used a lot but the efficiency is greatly diminished since much of it is interrupted by brush. I'm not sure if this is the city's or the property owner's responsibility but it would be great if this could be addressed. Thank you.
Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface. Sidewalk here needs resurfacing, it never recovered from at the damage done when the power line poles were put in
Thank you for patching the cut in the sidewalk, but now instead of a small trench it's a bump. Please patch sidewalks to be flat. (southwest corner at Southdowns/Woodlawn intersection).
I sent in an earlier report (uReport Case #188352) about the traffic issue at the corner of High Street and East Maxwell Lane but might not have put the corner in the body of the message. The issue is that north/south cars regularly don't stop at the stop sign, endangering the many walkers on Maxwell Lane. It may be that bushes on the northwest corner need to be trimmed, but it also may take more than that to resolve the problem.
