Good mornning. While I have made reports in the past, no contact or response was ever received so I started fixing the issue myself. As you can see in the photo, I am having an issue with street erosion an you can see the area I have personally repaired out of pocket. The road is to the point now where it is crumbling apart more rapidly and causing pot holes and trip hazarda. I even have an area that a fiber optic crew crushed part of the road and have never been back to fix it. The area of concern spans approx. 35-40 feet. The part of Lindbergh between 15th and 17th that has been left unfinished for a few years is becoming more treacherous. Only one lane is passable, but it is a two-lane road. There are deep potholes along the road and there is plant growth that needs to be cut so that the northbound lane is useable when there is a car in the southbound lane. Please fix the issues asap.

Penn Court in Park Ridge East needs resurfacing. The road is falling apart and there are several potholes including one very large one in the cul-de-sac.

Lindbergh, between 11th St. and 17th St. has been left unfinished for years. It is a disaster to drive on, and the portion from 15th St to 17 St is basically a one-way lane as there isn't room for 2 cars using each lane. And now there is plant growth that is impeding the lane heading north to make the street even narrower. I see it is highlighted on the map of scheduled projects, but it isn't listed in the list for scheduled projects. It really feels like it has been forgotten. Please follow up on it and finish it.

Once again asking the city to fill in this huge rut that was created at the end of my driveway and in front of my mailbox when Winslow rd was repaved. Previously the request was denied saying it was outside the scope of the project, however, the project created the rut during the project work so I'd like the city to fill it in before snow comes and myself, USPS, and delivery trucks get their tire stuck in this hole when delivering mail and turning right. Thank you!

The road was repaved in front of our house but the new asphalt stopped just before our driveway. This created a pothole / rut on the side of the road where our driveway meets the new asphalt in front of our mailbox. Turning right out of our driveway our back tire hits this rut each time. It is a very busy intersection and we have to get out of our driveway quickly because people are rude. It has to be difficult for the mail truck to pull up to the mail box. We were hoping this area could be filled in like a pothole. I tried to attach a photo but it doesn't seem to actually attach the file. Thanks.
