I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years, and the city put a hazard sign on the sidewalk months/years ago, but nothing else has been done to correct the problem, which can be quite dangerous at night

Tree down blocking w 8th st. City has been called twice. Guess since we live in a dead end street it's not as important to the city
There is a derelict house at 410 S Highland. Almost every night (it's 9:45 now) people are using a mini front loader and moving stuff around and there's an enormous trailer parked in the street. It would be great to know what the heck is the future of this eyesore. Thanks
