On N.Smith Road between 3rd and 10th Streets, the bike lanes and sidewalks are in dire need of repair. Broken concrete, pot holes, uneven surfaces, etc. plague the seven block street. Please make it safer for pedestrians and cyclists by repaving these lanes.
Street light along Madison between 3rd and 4th is flickering and has been for the past week
There is broken glass here.
Eastbound walk light on north side of 6th, crossing walnut, has been out for weeks. The Don’t Walk is OK
Overgrown trees on the polly grimshaw trail before you turn to go under the bbypass make it difficult to make the turn without heading into traffic going in the opposite direction.
Hello, The bike lane on N College is covered in gravel and debris. Under the rail bridge north of 12th St, I am forced to bike in the far right lane of traffic due to the debris. I understand that there is a project on this area, and I sincerely hope that protected bike lanes are installed to create less stressful trips downtown.
The pedestrian light to cross third street often doesn't work and it becomes impossible to cross the street at the intersection.
There is significant debris – sand and gravel – strewn across the bicycle lane in several places on North College Avenue. The debris has been there for MONTHS. The debris is very hazardous to bicyclists, especially because it is so thick and extensive. Bicyclists avoiding the debris or sliding on the debris could be struck and killed by motor vehicles – especially given that the City utterly fails to enforce the speed limit, which means that drivers have less time to react. The area with these piles of debris extends for almost the entire length of Miller Showers Park.
None of the sidewalks (where they even exist) on 17th 18th and 19th street between Dunn and walnut have curb drops. In addition, the sidewalks are completely unkempt and in places unusable. As a wheelchair user who works at City Hall, this poses a major threat to my wellbeing when trying to walk to work or elsewhere in the community.
