Our water is brown and running the sinks is not fixing the issue.
Have been experiencing low water pressure for a few hours.

Low water pressure
The construction crew working on fiber optics in my neighborhood hit a waterline in front of my house. Crews were on my street until almost 10pm last night fixing it. I woke up this morning and I have no water in my kitchen. The water that I do have in my bathrooms is dirty….literally specks of dirt in the water. So I have no drinkable water and do not want to shower in water with dirt in it. We were not told to boil water. I even asked the workers last night if we were going to be on a boil water advisory and they said no. I am including a picture of the dirt left in my bathroom sink after running some water. This needs to be fixed today, I cannot wait until Monday.

I have read the statements released by CBU/Tyler Steury about the water smell/taste being just an aesthetic issue, and at first that assuaged my concerns. However, I have been experiencing diarrhea after consuming the water since the end of August. I've been able to get a couple days of relief here and there just by avoiding the water, but it comes back when I lapse by getting a fountain soda or ordering food with a lot of tap water (soup, pasta). I've spoken with many other residents with the same issue. Also, our pets who drink tap water have been getting sick. I'm deeply concerned that CBU isn't effectively mitigating the algal toxins. I can't find cylindrospermopsin and microcystins levels on the CBU website, so I can't compare them with the EPA Drinking Water Health Advisory levels at https://www.epa.gov/cyanohabs/epa-drinking-water-health-advisories-cyanotoxins. Is CBU testing for toxins daily, and where is that data?
The water taste/smell/quality here has been horrible for weeks. It’s insane that we still pay the same amount of money in our water bills for water that is undrinkable (due to awful taste). I’m tired of having to spend money on extra water sources. You’d think after multiple years of this same problem you guys would be able to put together a solution!
