This household often leave garbage cans in the street for days. Our garbage was picked up on Monday and I can still sit out there today. Please tell them once again that they need to take the cans in the day the garbage is picked up.
The people who live in this house (3616 South Eddington Drive, Bloomington, IN) have turned Eddington Drive into a parking lot. There are at least 9 adults living in this house. Today, they have 4 cars parked in their driveway and 5 cars parked on the street, all the way down to Allendale Dr. Is this occupancy legal . . . is this house a legal "Multiple household dwelling"? This is supposed to be a residential neighborhood, not a student rental area.

Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. This home has had a pile of scrap and debris sitting in its front yard for about two weeks. I also don't think that I ever saw an orange sign in a window, indicating that they have a permit for the construction going on there. Thank you.

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the appropriate way to address this but I have an issue with construction debris. I live on South Madison Street between Grimes/Patterson and Hillside. The warehouse that runs the length of the street (between us & Switchyard Park) appears to be doing some sort of construction or remodeling. The top half of the outside wall was partially removed by them and more came down during the storms a couple of weeks ago. This siding and other items have been left at the end of our lots. In addition, we now have graffiti to look at which is a first in the over twenty years that I've lived in this house. Not only is it an eyesore but I can't take a lawnmower into that area. It's been weeks now & the owners aren't doing anything about it. I would greatly appreciate it if something can be done to get this mess cleaned up and to ensure that they clean up after themselves in the future. Thank you very much!
