Case Date:

2 issues: one is there are End Construction signs left at the entry to Winslow Farms Drive off of Winslow Road, Please remove these, construction ended a long time ago. 2. When will the orange barrels be removed from all the crosswalks on Winslow Road? Also these brick crosswalks are probably going to be driven over due to poor markings and will be causing accidents Thanks.

Utility Construction Projects

E Winslow Farm Dr, Bloomington, IN 47401, USA

Case Date:
4/13/2022

Reported by Joanne Freeman to me. Unfinished AT&T fiber project started last summer has left exposed conduit, foot-deep holes and sand fill in rights of way (meaning grass doesn't grow). She wants City inspectors to contact Michael or Sharon Dalton who are the property managers for the subdivision to get this situation addressed. AT&T has been unresponsive to neighborhood contact. Pegasus contact info is (812) 824-3239 and pegasus.properties.gmail.com. They can provide more detailed information.

Blocked Street

E Ridgeview Dr, Bloomington, IN 47401, USA

Case Date:
5/13/2021

There are a few areas on E Ridgeview Dr. and E Sunny Slopes Dr. that the roads are partially blocked by low hanging trees. Specifically across from 214 E Ridgeview Dr. This is any already blind curve, but the tree is hanging too far into the street making it unsafe because drivers are swerving to miss it and not seeing oncoming traffic, also making it unsafe work those walking. Last year it was partially trimmed back by the city. We would like it trimmed back to the edge of the road. Thank you!

Street & Traffic Signs

E Maxwell Ln & S Jordan Ave, Bloomington, IN 47401, USA

Case Date:
9/13/2021

Maxwell betw approximately S. Highland and S. Sheridan included a very steep hill. When driving in either direction, the steepness of this hill creates poor visibility, and so very limited opportunity to avoid oncoming traffic. Please consider a center line for this area.

Line of Sight

E Marilyn Dr & S High St, Bloomington, IN 47401, USA

Case Date:
7/21/2022

As you head east on Marilyn Drive and come to the intersection with High Street, when you look left you can't see traffic on High. You can't see if a vehicle is stopped at the stop sign on High for southbound traffic. The overgrowth is in the north west corner of the intersection. Can this get cut or the property owner told to trim for the view of traffic for safety reasons? Thanks.

Request a new Street Light

E Discovery Pkwy & IN-46, Bloomington, IN 47408, USA

Case Date:
1/29/2023

Drivers don’t have pedestrian crosswalks in their line of vision! I have to wave my hands to get the attention of some cars turning right in front of me onto the highway. I’ve seen them shocked to see me. I points to the crossing sign and they look mystified. That’s a problem not to overplay this, but statistically pedestrian accidents on in suburbia, and on highways or streets, and make situation is skyrocketing, I don’t want to be one of them put a Second crossing sign on the Mouradian that’s where drivers expect to see it, meaning, that’s how far they are looking while they’re looking at everything else, too, like crossing traffic, merging decisions, timing, their own lights . They’re not looking for us walkers. So I need you to correct this with immediate instillation of bigger better pedestrian crossing warnings and signs. Thank you.
