I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. Excessive overgrowth of plants in mulch beds. There is no room to walk down the sidewalk making this a hazard for anyone handicap.this has been an ongoing issue and was supposed to be resolved the last time a report was issued.

Our toilet drains slowly. There is also a bubbling in the toilet when we run the water faucets in the powder room, the kitchen and upstairs. We noticed the problem with drainage on Monday August 28, and it has gotten worst since. There has been recent work on our easement to lay fiber lines. We are certain the issues for our toilet drainage are directly connected to the work done in the past few days. Please remedy our situation. We are not certain if we can run our showers and laundry due to the backup in our downstairs toilet.

There was a temporary traffic sign placed in front of the property. The street construction is complete, but the sign was never removed. The sign was blown over by the wind and has become an eye sore. It would be great if the city could get that picked up...

Black top sidewalk put in by apartment contractors at Clarizz and 3rd looks like a turning lane!! Paint the curb and put walking sign on “sidewalk” ASAP please…. Tire marks already on curb where folks have hit it.

The intersection of Moores Pike and Sare Road continues to not identify where the lanes are, which is the right turn only lane. My wife and I were almost side swipped again today and there have been multiple times that we have almost been hit. The lanes aren't identified, the traffic patterns are dangerous, chaotic, and the signs they do have have been facing the wrong direction.
