Person has been living on the curb for roughly 10 days with several carts of belongings and a dog that jumps out barking at people as they walk by on the sidewalk. While the person generally stays on the part of the curb that is not the sidewalk, this can't be permitted to take place in a safe and civil city.
A large tree fell during the storm and is on top of one of the city’s fire hydrants. It is also blocking the sidewalk and half of the road.
The storm on tuesday caused damage to the city trees along the front of Bentley Court subdivision on Winslow Rd. The sidewalks were blocked with debris. And one of the big trees west of neighborhood entry has a HUGE branch balancing in the tree canopy above power lines. I cannot speak for what tree damage is east of our neighborhood entry as the sidewalk was blocked with fallen trees.
There is a homeless camp that has formed on the sidewalk and curb. The area is a safety hazard with the open air drug market of Seminary Park across the street and now there's a mushrooming number of folks under the influence of drugs that are camped out around the clock on the sidewalk/curb.
Mid-way on 4th between Dunn & Indiana, south side of street. Sidewalk is blocked with a fallen limb.

The resident at 2231 is not removing their bloomington trash containers from the street. they use 4-6 containers and they keep them on the street during the entire week. this was already reported as per below. 546 N. Park Ridge Road, sidewalk awful deterioration, wheelchair difficulties. Please have owner repair.
There appears to be a potential sewage leak reaching the surface in the front yard of a house in the Sherwood Oaks Neighborhood. During dry weather a black liquid is visible in the grass and has run across the sidewalk. The area of the leak is circled in orange on the photo. The address is 1339 East Allendale Drive. The sidewalk is on the north/west side of the street.
