This is only one of the dumpsters currently at the limestone crossing apartments. We have called the limestone crossing office multiple times the past 2 months regarding how disgusting the dumpster is, I myself am to scared to even walk in there to throw away trash out of fear of bed bugs possibly being in there from the furniture. I am unsure who to reach out to about this issue.
Too many cars, dump trucks, and even school buses are speeding on W. 17th St. west of the roundabout to the hill. Sometimes they're going in excess of 20 mph above the posted speed limit (which is 25 going east and 30 going west). Plus many of the vehicle, particularly motorcycles, have terrible mufflers that far exceed the noise specified by the Bloomington noise ordinance. It's unbearable at times (not exaggerating). I can't even hold a conversation on my front porch. And other neighbors are awakened every night by the noise. Please remove the signs from this roundabout, which is a city right-of-way. Signs go up at this location on a very regular basis. It's time to start to fine the groups which post signs there.
I live at 2206 S Rockport Road in Bloomington. Our mailbox post is on the sidewalk, and needs to be replaced. I plan to hire a contractor to install a new post, which may require digging into the sidewalk to remove the old post and install the new one. Of course the contractor will do a proper patching job on the sidewalk. Do I need any special permission to proceed with this project? Many thanks.
Large unused goal post laying in yard for over a year.
Recently there were workers that were putting some kind of wires underground. Now we have several street lights out. Three of them are ours but one is a city light post by the city bus line sign. I'm not sure if this was caused by the workers.
My office is located at 2909 S Sare Rd. There was some work done on Sare Rd and a sign was placed by my office but has yet to be removed. Can someone come by to remove it?
I understand hands being tied with the homeless population but I find it very unnerving and scary that the tent campers next to transit are standing at the fence of the parking lot and peeing while the employees of transit are present and across the street where there is a park which could have children present…..I’m so upset that this is allowed to continue and I can’t walk into the office without being exposed to some random man
