Today I've decided to complain about an issue I started regularly noticing months ago. Whoever is now collecting trash &/or recycling on our street, S. Eagleson Av, in the section between 2nd and Sheridon, is routinely dumping the recepticals on their sides on the ground whereever convenient. (See photo) This morning they left my neighor's on the ground blocking the entry way to our common driveway. When I came to move it, I realized they had also broken the lid. Then as I drove south on S.Eagleson, I saw that this was done all the way to Sheridan, where I assume the truck turned. At least half the bins were on their sides, some in the street. I took four photos the whole way, as well as two of my neigbor's receptical- Unfortunately your portal only allows a single photo, but I have all the others. Please address this situation. There is no reason the recepticals can't be placed upright, but at least they should be neither broken nor left on their sides in the street, on a sidewalk or in the entrance to a driveway. This cul-du-sac is horrible when it snows we have elderly, autistic child and people with learning disabilities and their care takers in the area and cars get stuck and block getting in and out and emergency crews can't get in. I understand its not a priority to the county, but when we get this type of heavy amounts of snow at least making a trip or two to make it passable to get out for work or other matters of necessity.

Both sides of the sidewalk on 17th street are being blocked off for fiber internet installation causing wheelchairs to have to walk in the road. A violation of the ADA and a safety risk for city residents in general.

Large sections of the sidewalk at the N.E. intersection of S.College Mall Rd and E. Moores Pike is covered in soil and not usable after it rains, multiple mud pits force pedestrians on to soggy muddy grass. Very challenging for humans in wheelchairs or strollers. Also, brush has blocked sidewalk in areas.

Sidewalk unusable, has been for years depending on season. Either it's mud covered areas or vegetation that blocks the ability to use. One more option exists and its when both happen at once. However, thank you for mowing, makes that corner usable.
