Resident keeps parking a car on sidewalk, completely blocking it. Cars are often parked in the grass as well.

I was walking on the sidewalk near 4th and walnut and 5 scooter riders rode by me and one ran me over! I thought there were supposed to be restrictions on where scooters could be ridden and parked. I frequently see them parked in handicapped ramps. They are polluting our city and making it less accessible.

Bike racks should only be allowed for bikes and other personal transports that need to be locked up. Scooters owned by those companies do not need to be locked up, and yet people park them on bike racks, taking up valuable bike parking space with heavy scooters that are nearly impossible to move without knocking them over and push them around, since the wheels don't seem to move unless you've downloaded the app and paid to move that scooter. Can you please put a sign at all bike racks saying that scooters etc that aren't personally owned cannot be parked there? Today as I was on the Bline at Kirkwood, a whole bike rack of at least 8 racks was fully taken up by those stupid electric scooters, as if someone took them home to charge them and just lined them up there. Even though they don't need to be locked up! If these thigns are going to continue to exist, there needs to be a separate parking situation set up for them, because they're equally in the way when people just leave them in the middle of the sidewalk.

My neighbor has great Danes that she lets defecate along the sidewalk on the grassy area down Monroe street and in the grassy field between her house at 643 Monroe Street and 11th Street. She does not pick up her dogs feces and it's becoming a health hazard.

Following up on report # 182909 Blocked Sidewalk FROM ONE MONTH AGO NO RESPONSE!!!! Bumped my head again today so I thought I would RESUBMIT this claim as a taxpayer. I should sue the city for their failure to address this issue. The overhang to Bubs burgers is far too low. As a tall person, I have to go around it and step into the road. Why are sidewalks discriminating against tall individuals? I pay taxes to maintain this area and deserve to be able to walk freely on that side of the street. -Randy

This is Rebekah Deckard responding to the email on people making it difficult for me to get in vehicles of those who come to pick me up to go places to not only being physically disabled but legally blind. I attempted to reply to the email on there being a parking pad cancaretakers (I have help besides caretakers. Ex: rides to church) not pick me up there. I am certain I stated how all park in the front to the house being on the corner intersecting with two roads it is on a slope/ hill. So the driveway is very difficult for me. When some have parked there (to my front entrance of sidewalk very close to it being blocked basically) the door of the passenger side I am in almost shuts on my leg. I am also 4'10" so this makes things more difficult to most do not have smaller lower sitting vehicles I can just step out of.. in fact sometimes I must use a step stool type device to get into the vehicle. As well as the steps to enter the back pose a risk of my falling. I request others not use the back entrance to the storm door is off balance so it does not close properly. Despite maintenance trying to remedy this. Again, I was certain I stated why I do not use the entrance with the driveway in my original contact. As stated already as well, I tried to reply to the email on thisbonnthe 22. It was returned to me.ni have had medical appointments the past two days so had no time to be online much. The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? the multi use path or trail shown on https://bloomington.in.gov/arcgis/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=f262775229f74b349c853bd13ad86841 which is East Moores Pike between Clarizz and Fenbrook does not exist. People go there expecting one. The sidewalk there is ok but not a multi use path.
