We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Big pile of trash on sidewalk and street accumulating for over two weeks and 3 city Monday picks. More than unacceptable mess.
We are wondering if the E/W stretch of concrete between 707 N. Lincoln and 711 N. Lincoln is an alley (public thoroughfare) or a driveway (private property). If the former, the resident/tenant at 707 has blocked passage through it with stones and a basketball court. We have assumed for a long time that this is actually an alley and would like to be able to walk down this stretch, but if it is indeed private property we would like that made clear so that we not trespass.

Retaining wall is collapsing onto sidewalk, blocking wheelchair use. Owner has not maintained wall - pieces have been haphazardly thrown back onto the property over the last couple years since the house degenerated into a rental.
