Trash
211 N Grant ST
- Case Date:
- 4/25/2024
There has been a trash bin on the sidewalk on the east side of Grant Street for several days which does not belong to anyone on the east side of the street.
There has been a trash bin on the sidewalk on the east side of Grant Street for several days which does not belong to anyone on the east side of the street.
Garbage piled up against north side of house along alley. Tenants moved out and left it for someone else to take care of.
Huge pile of refuse on the north side of building with boxes, recycling, etc., strewn about all over and piled up making places for rodents to dig through and creating a fire hazard. Elevate says this is an IU property (?) so not sure what can be done, if anything. Originally a beautiful building, but it now looks Third World - current inhabitants are irresponsible, inconsiderate, and/or oblivious, whoever they are.
Not clear which address to use. City-created, grassy area in traffic-control sidewalk extension into the street needs mowing. SW corner of Grant/9th. Is this the responsibility of adjacent property owners? If so, would that be Plantation North Apartments, apparently now being referred to as "Campus Walk North" (CRE Rentals)?
As has been usual lately from this property, trash is overflowing from cans onto the ground. Multiple bags laying on the ground. Some loose trash scattered about the area and getting onto nearby properties.
move out trash in east-west alley between N Grant & N Lincoln 6 full trash receptacles in alley way not picked up. THANK YOU Sanitation Dept!!!!!
Bush honeysuckle growing out, mostly blocking sidewalk. Needs to be dug up, not just trimmed.
Garbage overflowing bins and scattered about all over "street" (more like an alley).
Garbage piled up on west side of house facing Grant Street.
See case #188407. It is not clear why "Jo Stong" closed that case, citing "No such address". Not only does the address exist, but there are ten years of uReport cases pertaining to the address. The garbage is still piled up on the north side of the house (in front of the garage door on the E/W alley that runs from Lincoln to Grant and is parallel and in between 11th and 12th streets.) Please assign this case to someone who is more careful and has some familiarity with the neighborhood.
