See case #188200. The section of the retaining wall along Lincoln is getting worse and it looks like it could fall any minute. Has anyone actually gone out to look at this? Why wait until it collapses before doing something about it?

Alleyway is very icy that is running onto the main road. If the sun/temperatures today do not melt ice, this is a fall hazard for pedestrians.
Hello. I am a Bloomington resident residing at 110 1/2 W 6th St. My apartment entrance is in an alleyway off of 6th between Walnut and College. While this alley has normal amounts of debris, there seem to be many unsafe wires dangling from the various poles and buildings. My main concern is with the alley behind my building. The entrance is off of Walnut between "Btown Diner" and "Samira" restaurants. There is an abundance of trash, grease, vomit, bugs, defecation, and cigarettes throughout the space that causes a repulsive smell and attracts many rodents. This is a very unsanitary environment that workers from the businesses(restaurants especially) on 6th Street take their breaks in. I am not sure the best course of action but I would suggest having the businesses clean their trash bins in addition to having the city power wash the grease and other various fluids off the pavement. Trash in alley for many weeks.
The alley next to 211 North Grant Bloomington Indiana is in bad shape where there is washout and deep ruts , cars are bottoming out when coming out of alley onto Grant street.
There has been a trash bin on the sidewalk on the east side of Grant Street for several days which does not belong to anyone on the east side of the street.
Large man sized hold with no cover, on the left hand side, going towards Washington. Older woman fell into the hole and had to go to hospital her. Her back is now sore from the fall.

The garbage bins in this part of the alleyway have been absolutely decimated by raccoons, and there is trash everywhere. There's also broken glass on the ground.
