Hello, I work for a local property manager, Mackie Properties. Our company manages a homeowners association called Madison Park located north of W Howe St, in between S Madison St and S Morton St. I was recently informed that the plants along a section of the B-line just east of Madison Park are becoming overgrown and would benefit from being trimmed. I've included photos of the relevant area, as well as a map of the area outlining the overgrown section with a red rectangle. There is a massive pot hole in my apartment complex. I am unsure if you are the authority to have this repaired or if my leasing office has to make the request - but the hole causes damage on people's cars!

An anonymous complainant alerted the Solid Waste District about "illegal dumping" of ash wood, as well as concrete and trash at this location. We did a quick inspection and found wood and other materials piled on the ground at the property. Additionally there is a trailer that appears to contain household waste, and there is trash around one of the buildings (on Allen Street side). The people living in the home have been piling up trash in their back yard for months and the pile is starting to move to the side of the house. The front yard has not been maintained either with trash and uncut grass.

We have seen a few people frequently using the tennis court at Sherwood Oaks Park for soccer. They would practice shooting soccer ball against the tennis wall and court fences. Those structures are damaged because they are not designed to withhold such strong impact. Please consider putting a sign to warn against similar activities. Thank you!
