Hello-I have already reported this neighbor a month ago and nothing has either been done or changed...He refuses to mow his lawn. This happens every summer. My house is ready to go on sale and I don't want his lawn looking like this to hinder my chances of selling my home. It is so frustrating dealing with this neighbor's lawn every summer.
Due to the storm on Friday night we have a lot of run off rock and old concrete from the ditches above our house on Ruby and Covenanter. Since we are the last house where the ditches turn, we get all of the debris. Can someone from the city please come and clean up our ditch (with the truck that sucks up rocks, etc.)along Ruby and Covenanter? Our front lawn grass is full of rock and mud from the flow of water on Friday night. We don't want the city to dig up our grass...we would just like them to suck up the sand, rock and black top debris in our ditches and culverts. Thank you. Sincerely, Ingrid 1104 S. Covenanter Drive
Two of these animals are living under our shed. They are beginning to chop away at the wood and foundation.

At 7am this morning, a racoon was eating the cat food we put out on our front porch. This has happened a couple of times in the past, but this racoon was acting different, staying in broad daylight and not running away when I yelled at it. Instead, it hissed at me.
House at corner or rockport and Rogers has yet to take care of thier lawn this year. Growth and weeds over 2 feet tall!
Debris from flooding—gravel and asphalt which eroded during the 6/18 storm is covering the street
Due to a crack in the curb and an uneven grade, all of the water in our cul de sac floods the water meter cover and my driveway and backyard when it rains.
in the back end of our property we have a storm Storm pipe set up between me and my neighbor. This past weekend we had a storm where the pipe was pushing out alot of water causing it to cave in the ground and crowding the sides of the channel. It has been causing the sides to collapse and making the channel wider taking from the land. I placed some rocks to keep the storm water from damaging the channel last year. yet We will need to add some extra rocks to hold it in place since it can't withstand the pressure as shown in the attached image. The small car on the left of the photo is parking on the grass. It is an ongoing problem for years at this property. Planning has a file. There is supposed to be railroad ties to mark the parking but the tenants and mowers move them. A call has been made to Planning today.
