This is on the Rail Trail north of Gordon Pike maybe 0.3 to 0.4 miles, east and south of the Terrace Drive area. This is a significant hazard to the City property and neighboring private property. The fires need to stop and the camps need to be cleared out immediately before the homeless burn acres of woods, fences, sheds, houses, trailers -- anything in the vicinity could go up in flames soon.
This was reported as a fire hazard, and also being reported as a trails issue to keep the parks dept updated on the activity along the Rail Trail. There are two street lights on the 400 block of South Lincoln that have not worked for a long time, leaving this block unlit. Both are on the west side, one @ Smith & Lincoln, one about a half block south @ Lincoln and an alley. Thanks
Recently the front yard of this property was largely covered with gravel. There were today 4 cars parked on what used to be partly a yard. It's strange and degrades the street and neighborhood. Is this legal?
Metal plate over cut-out in sidewalk (on west side of S. Henderson in the 400 block) has become detached in one corner causing a serious tripping hazard, especially on a street as dark as this one can be at night. (Address above is just approximate)

You repaired some. But a huge one in the center of the cul-de sac . It’s in front of the house 404 Laurelwood drive. Bloomington.
