My Landlord has failed to shovel the walkways on this property as well as the street in front causing a hazard for the Postal worker and anyone else. I am not sure if the picture above comes through. Please advise.

Traffic light at 3rd and smith rd has been on full cycle for the last ² weeks or so. The sensors in road are not sensing. Traffic backs up on smith rd. Thank u

This morning when I went out to gather up my carts I noticed that the bar that goes across the middle of the front of my small trash cart was only in one hole. The bar fell completely off completely as I pulled the cart up the driveway. I assume that bar is essential for emptying the cart. Do you have any advice about how I can get the bar to fit back in both holes? At the moment it’s in one hole and angled up at about a 30 degree angle, which doesn’t seem very useful. Just out of curiosity, what is the expected life-span of the carts? They are already starting to look beat up. My recycling cart has a piece missing on the corner of the lid. Duke Energy would like to remove the tree as it may obstruct powerline work. We were contacted at Olympus Properties for removal approval, however, given that the tree is on the street side of the sidewalk, we were not sure if this tree may actually fall under city property. Is this tree property of the city of Bloomington?
